The Association.....

The Pheasant Creek Association consists 
of each individual homeowner and their 
votes, along with the Board of Directors.  

The Board is elected and designed to 
serve the needs of the community.  

There are five Board Members.

Currently, they are:

Maureen Oswick, Vice-President
Wally Thomas, President
Luke Blair, Member-At-Large
Michael Rico, Treasurer
